Pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statute § 33:2740.51, the Southside Economic Development
District (SEDD) is a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana with taxing authority. All
proceedings of this Board are conducted in accordance with applicable state laws. Legal
representation is provided by Mr. Brandon Creekbaum, City Attorney for the City of
Monroe, who also serves as general counsel to SEDD.
The Board reserves the right to amend, reorder, or add items to the agenda as necessary. All
interested residents and stakeholders are encouraged to attend
