The Neighborhood Walmart is located in the Eastern section of the SEDD

The goal of the SEDD is to encourage the development of more grocery outlets in the Southern section of the district. The growing population and availability of lands along Highway 165 and special enterprise districts with the SEDD contribute to the possibility of a profitable venture for investors.

At present, there is only one grocery outlet serving over 25,000 residents in the Southern sections of the districts. Working to attract additional grocery outlets is one of 47 projects included in the Southside Dream.
